What is Meditation?
Osho Nirvana brings its first 8-hr Zoom weekend meditation retreat. We will start this weekend retreat Friday evening and continue on Saturday morning. This retreat is designed to experience various meditation techniques so that we can answer our own question “what is meditation?”
Meditating right before going to bed turns the sleep into deep meditation. It helps us sleep better and deeper, waking up refreshed in the morning.
Osho says “If one properly enters a state of meditation before sleeping, one’s whole sleep is transformed.”
Meditating in the morning sets the tone for the entire day ahead as you become aligned and centered with your inner peace and joy.
“The most precious time is the morning. God is closer than ever in the morning, prayer is easier than ever in the morning” – Osho.
We recommend you join the entire 8-hr retreat but if unable, you are welcome to join either Friday’s or Saturday’s session.

Upon confirmation of the payment, event “password” will be emailed.
Please make sure:
1. You have a quiet place and enough space to dance and move around.
2. Wear comfortable clothes.
3. Drop your mind and meditate with us .
4. You have video/audio and external speaker would help for sound.
